Only when it is written into the scope. Walkways require different labour, equipment and timing.
What about pet- or landscape-sensitive areas?
Product and application choices should be discussed before winter. No de-icer is impact-free, so measured use and cleanup matter.

Known cold spots and refreeze zones can be identified during the site review and added to the priority inspection route.
